2. Cancellations or Refunds. We DO NOT Issue any refunds in part or whole. You the Customer have access 24/7 for 1 full year and you the customer have full access to data, information, links, and you the customer has full control to view or print the data, lists, 24/7 for 1 full year. TaxLiensWS.Com will NOT issue any refunds in part or in whole. This is Final So Please Do not ask.. TaxLiensWS.Com reserves the right to change any specifications at any time including pricing without any warning to its customers.

3. Listings: TaxLiensWS.Com supplies its customers with information, Tax Sales, Tax Liens Certificates, Foreclosures and information on buying properties as low as $10. - $50.00 and More when they are supplied to us. TaxLiensWS.Com goes to great lengths to make sure that the information and data is accurate and up to date. Please make sure that you contact the Tax Commissioner of The State you are interested in for further details. TaxLiensWS.Com supplies Tax Commissioner Phone Number, address etc., and it is up to the customer to to contact the Commissioner or their staff. We Monitor all traffic from Members for any abuse of any kind. TaxLiensWS.Com, its employees, staff, owners are not liable for any transactions that you the customer buy from The Government nor are we liable for lots, properties, homes that have already been sold.  

4. Membership: TaxLiensWS.Com offers 1 year membership to its customers at a reasonable price. Customers have full access to our entire database. Customers are forbidden to give their UserID and Password to friends or others. We monitor TaxLiensWS.Com 24/7. If we find any abuse then your membership will be canceled and you will not receive a refund in part or in whole.

5. Payment. TaxLiensWS.Com accepts payment via PayPal  ONLY. PayPal is the Authorized Agent, TaxLiensWS.Com uses to Process your payment. Once we verify your payment through PayPal then we will send you an email within 24 hours giving you access to your own the Members Area. 

6. Refunds. TaxLiensWS.Com will NOT refund a customer in part or whole for any reason whatsoever. 

7. UserID and Password. The Customer will choose their own USERID and Password. The Customer is NOT Permitted to give their own userid or password to other people. If a customer gives access to others then we reserve the rights to delete the customer and not refund any monies.

8. Rejections. TaxLiensWS.Com reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners or any customers for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

9. DATABASE. TaxLiensWS.Com has a database which customers use for their own personal use. You the customer is forbidden to resell any or part of our database. If you are caught reselling our database we will prosecute you to the fullest length of the Law. We record all traffic. 

10. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants TaxLiensWS.Com the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisements and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to TaxLiensWS.Com. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of TaxLiensWS.Com's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless TaxLiensWS.Com and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) TaxLiensWS.Com's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by TaxLiensWS.Com.

11. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TaxLiensWS.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR LOST INCOME OR PROFITS, IN ANY WAY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF TaxLiensWS.Com HAS BEEN ADVISED AS TO THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL TaxLiensWS.Com BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES or DOWNTIME.
